Current Achievements and Future Goals

Heart2Heart Projects has, over the years, relied on donations and the commitment of volunteers, meeting regularly to sew heart pillows and forging bonds of camaraderie. However, there is still much to be accomplished. Beyond crafting and distributing pillows, the project aspires to create a friendly and supportive space for individuals who have undergone similar life journeys, providing an avenue for heart-to-heart talks and emotional support.

Most recently, the Heart2Heart Team achieved a significant milestone in collaboration with HR staff from the Council. In a heartening display of community spirit, they partnered with us to craft 200 pillows as part of their volunteer and wellbeing day. These pillows were then delivered to the hospice last Christmas, contributing to our ongoing tradition of bringing comfort and joy to those in need. This partnership exemplifies the growing network of individuals and organizations joining hands with Heart2Heart Projects to make a positive impact on the lives of those facing adversity.
